Weerstand bevorderend: extra vitamine C toegevoegd

Bij HAVENS volgen we de actuele ontwikkelingen in de schapensector op de voet. Op dit moment worden een aantal boeren getroffen door een heftige uitbraak van de Blauwtong. Helaas hebben we geen 'geneesmiddel' tegen deze vreselijke ziekte. Wel is een goede weerstand belangrijk en hebben we bij HAVENS besloten om extra vitamine C aan onze schapenvoeders toe te voegen. Zo proberen we preventief de weerstand van de schapen te verhogen. 

De Schapen-Fok-korrel (art. nr. 04502) en de Lammerenkorrel (art. nr. 04501) worden vanaf nu geproduceerd met 500 milligram extra vitamine C. De L. & S. Muesli (art. nr. 04505) bevat de Schapen-Fok-korrel waardoor het aandeel vitamine C in deze muesli ook automatisch verhoogd is naar 325 milligram. 

De zakken met verhoogd aandeel vitamine C zijn te herkennen aan het extra gele etiket.

At HAVENS, we are closely following active developments in the sheep industry. Currently, a number of farmers are affected by a severe outbreak of Bluetongue. Unfortunately, we have no "cure" for this terrible disease, but good disease resistance is important and we at HAVENS have decided to add extra vitamin C to our sheep feed. With this we try to increase the disease resistance of the sheep preventively.
 
The Schapen-fok-korrel (art. no. 04502) and the Lammeren korrel (art. no. 04501) are from now on produced with 500 milligrams of extra vitamin C. The L. & S. Muesli (art. no. 04505) contains some Schapen-fok-korrel therefore the share of vitamin C in this muesli has also been automatically increased to 325 milligrams.
 
The bags with increased vitamin C content can be recognized by the extra yellow label.
